· What kind of development is occurring North of Smiths Super Market ?
A residential planned unit development of about 30 acres is being built on the southern half of the property and a commercial mixed use development for office space and a new Zions Bank on the northern half. If you would like to come in and take a look at the development plat you are always welcome to. The residential development is called The Village at Old Farm.
