It's almost time to sign up for summer activities! Residents can begin signing up on Monday April 30th, non-residents can begin signing up on Monday May 7th. If you don't know or remember your username and password contact Parks & Rec at (801) 451-0953 and they will get you your login information to get you ready for Monday. If you have never registered for anything with Parks & Rec creating an account is easy, just go to http://webtrac.farmington.utah.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/wbsplash.html?wbp=1  Click on "Create an Account" and follow the instructions.

The activites that will be available for registration are: Swim Lessons, Tennis (Adult & Youth), Archery & Boy Scout Merit Badge classes (Swimming & Lifesaving). Along with any other activities we have already started registering participants for.

The City of Farmington and Comcast would like to invite residents and neighbors to join together and participate in a day of service which can make a critical difference in our community. Together, hundreds of volunteers will work shoulder to shoulder to participate in service projects around the city such as cleanup and beautification of Woodland Park, tree planting and landscaping at South Park, painting at the 600 North tunnel, Davis Creek Trail cleanup and Legacy Trail cleanup.

This event will take place Saturday April 21, 2012, check in and breakfast begin at 7:00AM at Forbush Park, 100 S Main. All participants will receive breakfast, lunch and a free t-shirt. We are asking that you register by April 19th. To download a registration form click here.

UDOT is beginning an Environmental Study on a project to connect the express lanes on I-15 in central Davis County to those in Salt Lake County, and to construct new Express Lanes from Layton in north Davis County to Riverdale in Weber County. The purpose of this project is to better meet the needs of the commuters in this area and is in no way tied to the West Davis Corridor project.
