Community Arts Center

Community Arts Center: this facility features a beautiful 2,500 square foot main hall with bamboo hardwood flooring, elegant curtains and a tile entry. This facility is perfect for weddings, receptions, family and corporate gatherings and recitals. Adjacent to the Main Hall is a Stage for Farmington City's Theatrical Art Programs and may also be rented for Recitals and various other programs.

The basement features a ceramic/pottery classroom, restrooms, large meeting area, kitchen area, classrooms and storage area.  Should you be interested in reserving some or all of these facilities, please call us at 451-0953.

Fees for Main Hall:

• Deposit $150 (refundable)
• Residents, $40 per hour rental fee which includes the Custodial/Security fee. (A building supervisor is required to be present for security reasons during all rentals)
• Non Residents / Commercial groups $115 per hour rental fee
• Recital, Organizations, Non-Profit*, $55 per hour rental fee
• 1 Microphone, Ipod or CD: $10 flat fee (additonal Microphones are $5 each)
• Sound and Lighting: $25 fee (must have two working days advance notice)
• All reservations must be at least 2 hours

• Deposit $150 (refundable)

* Non profit clubs/organizations must be Farmington based and 75% membership is Farmington Residents
