Farmington Eagles Football Equipment Return Date: Tuesday, September 29 @ 12:11:34 Topic Recreation Return Information Equipment should be returned within the week following the last game.  All equipment should be washed before returning and decals removed from the helmets.  Deposits made during registration are processed once ALL equipment from that participant has been turned in.We will be doing equipment return during the following dates and times at the Bus Park                                                                                                                                       Tuesday, Oct. 27th 5pm - 7pm                                                                    Wednesday, Oct. 28th 5pm -7pm                                                                    Thursday, Oct. 29th 5pm - 7pm                                                                    Tuesday, Nov. 3rd 5pm - 7pm                                                                    Wednesday, Nov. 4th 5pm - 7pm                                                                    Thursday, Nov. 5th 5pm - 7pm **Equipment not returned on these dates and times or returned to the office will be subject to a $10.00 late fee. Equipment that is not clean will be subject to a $10.00 cleaning fee. Equipment not turned in by friday, November 13th will forfeit the $50.00 deposit. Equipment not returned by Friday November 20th will be charged a $300 equipment replacement fee. Call Rich with any questions at 451-0953.   Please make sure you have washed the white practice pants and yellow game pants.  Also please make sure you have taken the eagle decal and tape off of your helmet.  There will be a $5.00 charge on helmets with decals and tape residue. There is a $10.00 late fee if you miss the return dates and times.
